AIDS should not have to be a silent killer. More individuals should feel comfortable and open to learn about their body, discover ways to protect it, and work with others who want to extend a help- ing hand.
Project Kenya
As part of our continuing efforts in building collaborative relationships with similar organizations in combating the worldwide HIV/AIDS epidemic, Brother Jeff’s Community Health Initiative (a program of Brother Jeff’s Cultural Center) will send a delegation to Kenya in September 2010, on a fact-finding mission. Team Brother Jeff will be visiting the Kenya National AIDS Council, NYUMBANI (Children of God Relief Institute), Uplifting Men and Youth project sites in Kibera and Korogocho and other AIDS service organizations.
